Refund policy
We only provide custom mirror solutions and reserve the right to refuse any refunds and returns on the product that has been produced explicitly for the customer (Currently, all our orders are explicitly produced). Unless otherwise agreed with customer in writing.
To make your purchases go smoothly with us,
- We assign a dedicated sales manager for assistance till the product reaches it’s desired destination.
- We confirm (over call or WhatsApp or Email) specifications of the products that were selected while placing the order on website for more clarity.
- Production of the order is initiated only after acquiring approval from the customer by sales manager over call or WhatsApp or Email .
We do our best to ensure the accuracy of every order that is shipped out. Please check the accuracy of your order upon receipt. Any errors or damaged items must be reported to us within 2 days of receipt of your order.

Orders can be cancelled only if the sales manager is notified prior to production with 5%-20% cancellation charges (Gateway fee, Platform fee and other charges). After production starts, the order becomes non-cancellable, and in select cases may incur up to 50% of the order value as cancellation charges.
